From installer to business owner

Before starting Balmant Construction LLC, Matt built his experience working as a flooring installer. With nine years of hands-on installation experience and approximately three years running his company, he brings practical knowledge of the entire process—from removing old flooring and preparing the subfloor to installing the new material and finishing the trim.

Balmant Construction grew from that experience into a company serving homeowners and businesses. The work remains hands-on, with attention to the preparation, layout and finishing details that shape the completed space.

Homes, businesses and projects beyond Atlanta

We work on residential and commercial properties in Atlanta and surrounding areas, and accept projects in other states by arrangement. Our flooring services include LVP and LVT, laminate, glue-down hardwood, tile and stair finishes.

Every project starts with a conversation about the property, materials and preparation needed. We discuss the scope with you so the estimate reflects the work involved.
